1 Kings 22:34a

(NIV1984) 1 Kings 22:34a – “But someone drew his bow at random and hit the king of Israel between the sections of his armor.”

To be honest, this is one of my favorite verses in the entire Bible. I don’t know why. I just really like how even the Bible is like, there’s no way anyone but God could have planned this and had it work, simply because it comes across as SO random. And that’s really comforting for me because it means that God is in control, had seen, and even orchestrates the very moments of our lives that, otherwise, could come across as coincidence or random happenstances. They aren’t. God is still in control of even those.
